Another quick faction fix by blowing crap up.

In Tau-23 system, lower right corner of E6 there's a depot with storag tanks in front.. they fix corsairs and outcasts in one go (from absolutely horrible) - just be aware that the BMM won't like it, and they aren't sissies either.
