how i get to omicron thetha i know its from other borders system which i have on other servers but not here

Either through sigma 13 or omicron beta... not sure about sigma 13 though... could be 14

There are jumps to Omicron Theta from Omicron Gamma, Omega 41, Sigma 17 and Omicron Alpha.

In CHUGOKU at E5 or FRANKFURT jump to SIGMA-13
In SIGMA-13 at F5 jump to SIGMA-17
In SIGMA-17 at F5 jump to OMNICROM THETA
