1) Enter Dresden from New Berlin.
2) Turn on Nav Map and look at the patrol routes.
3) Follow the ones that lead to a common point in the NW quadrant of the map.
4) If those lines are red....don't bother with # 3.

it´s in the gas cloud west of the jump gate.
