Vogtland Base - Hessan

Hi, Im seartching for the base becauce they have a verry good heavy fighter there can somebody tell me where it is THX verry mutch

Dresden System, There is a Base in the NW of the system where all the Traderoutes meet. Thats Vogtland Base
