spa and cruise? how can i get familiar with them?

i've got a problem: i want to buy the barracuda in cortez on planet curacao which is owned by "spa and cruise".

they won't let me dock, i think because of my relatioon with them, or?

i can't find them in my faction list, so how can i dock with the planet!

You must be in story mode then. I tried going that too but everyone was pointing their guns at me! You are on the run from Liberty, remember? Maybe we aren't supposed to go back there.
