problem! / mission 7 : Outside Stokes Mining Station

its just after a fight with some german ppls ships (cant remember there name) i have to get to a jump gate but when i try to get into the trade lane it keeps sayin "can not dock" but the mission says i must get threw and i cant it doesnt help theres a battleship right next to me anyone out there know of a way round this if i cant get by it?
