How to get lvl 9 and 10 weapons?

Does anyone know how to get level 9 or 10 weapons? Are they for sale?

I thought this is the spoiler forum? The title says "Freelancer spoiler forum"???
Anyway, level ten weaponry cannot be bought. They are acquired from anicient battle relics... which you can find throughout the sirius sector. The nomad weapons are also level 10. As for level nine you can get it around the boarderworlds though you have to be very friendly with those factions.
