Jumphole in Chugoko ..

I've found a jumphole in Chugoko that I can't enter. The jumphole says Chugoko->Tohoku and when I try to jump it says "Access Denied" .. anyone know anything about this?

Haven't found any info about Tohoku on this site either..

Tohoku is only accessible in SP. And even there (after the campaign) i've found out that its one-way only, but you can get to Tohoku from Hokkaido.
