Where can I find the Dromedary

Where can I find the Dromedary

I found that ship on the 5th SP mission Mactan Base. But I can't seem to find that ship anywhere else. Does anyone know where else?

Also, I can't seem to get a good rep with outcast/lane hackers enough so that I can land on Mactan Base. Any ideas?

You can find the Dromedary at the Mactan Base in Magellan, but it is a Lane Hackers asteroid, you have to be good friend !

Just kill about 6 Liberty police dudes and you'll be neutral with them.

I've actually found that destroying storage depots near bases give the most faction adjustment for some reason, go figure.
