Sorry but i´m to silly for this game

i´m level 17 and have rescued the president from the jail. It was hard to get there and my ship looks like crab. And now i can´t get away from there, i have no chance to survive with this damn Anubis ship. Is in the single player a game a trick to level higher for the interresting ships??
In the Rheinland System i´ve seen a few ships that i want but my level isn´t high enough.
And now my question is it possible to get level 20 befor you come to the border?
I have no chance with this ship und weapons.

if you really can't get through you could cheat and activate the 'god'-mode, but the game won't be much easier after that... and the anubis is more than enough for the story-missions, maybe you should train your pilotskillz?

It seems as i have no choice to practice a little in closed multiplayer session

You could do like me in this mission: after you're out of the jail, stay out of the battle, like far way. The rest will be taken care of by your teammates
