so i have 2 great problems:

1. sometimes i can't hear the voices of the characters,.. in some briefings for example,.. or when i'm in space i see in the left upper corner that someboby talks to me but i can hear nothing. and later another message appears an everything is fine. i hear it. but the problem is not that the soundfiles are missing, because when i do the same mission in a new game i can hear the briefing,.. and another time i can hear the same mission briefing nit. i don't know what to do please help me

2. (spoiler) after the third mission where i have to escort some ships to the willow research station,.. i fly together with juli back to california minor. and on this route 3 rheinland ships intercept us,. i see a short cutscene but can hear nothing ( problem 1) and after the cutscene the 3 ships are no enemys,.. they don't move. but when i pass them i can't dock to california minor or anything else. and when ic attack them the game ends with the message i have attacked neutral objects or something like that. what should i do???
