Where is the Junkers trafalgar base to be found in the New L

Help me please i need to know in what sector it can be found, i want to get the legionarie ship that the Corsairs have.

It's on the center left side of the sector, beyond the trade lanes. Look at the pirate patrol routes and it's at the convergence of several of those routes.
