I've looking all over. Now i give up.

Is there Hispania or did the ship never get to sirius system?

They say it is a spoiler, but after three days of searching my head is very big and all i want to know is there a place like Hispania?

The ship is in the game, yu can even fly inside it

But there is no real hispania space, several races emerged from the hispania.
(Outcasts, Corsairs)
You can find the ship in Omicron Alpha

Do you see hispania ship in the story? Just finished the story and I didn't see it.

No, you don't see Hispania in the Single player during the missions.

However, if you head up to Omicron Alpha to get the Sabre, or to hunt Nomads, you will find Hispania there.
