Hacking Junker rep

Is there a definite place to find a guy that will hack my junker rep? Or is it just random? Does anyone know where the enemies of the junkers are so I can destroy them in hopes of being able to land on their base to get cheap artifacts?

Have you brought up the reputation board using F8 and clicked on the faction is question to see their friends and enemies on the right yet? There's a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips, you just need to use it.

yeah, I did that. I see that they have no friends. But off the top of my head, I don't know what systems the enemies are. Are the hackers in the bar completely random or do certain hackers hang out in certain bars?
