Where do i go to get a hacker to make me on good terms with the Corsairs?

There have been numerous topics posted about this already, please check the other topics in this forum to make sure your question hasn't been previously asked.

However, you can get someone to bribe the Corsairs at Freeports generally, try Freeport 9 in Omicron Theta.
