need help getting to omicron alpha.

can anyone please tell me the cordinates for the sigma 19 jump hole in sigma 13, the omicron beta jump hole in sigma 19 and finally the omicron alpha jump hole in omicron beta. (basically how to get to omicron alpha from sigma 13. ) Thanks in advance

Make sure you pass by omicron beta to get the fix.
