You can find ammo drops in omicron Beta, by Killing GMG ships and/or the pathfinder wreck there. Not sure. The pathfinder also has some level ten weaponry. But it drain energy like we drink water (220)

I think you can get one in omicron alpha, and if you get it there it´s highly likly that you it it aswell in gama, and maybe in theta.

Paralyzer Missile Pod isn't at Omicron Alpha Outcast base.

I heard that the paralyzer missile launcher were located somewhere in teh Kusari system. Can this be verified?

I'd be surprised if it was in Kusari. They tend to have lower level equipment than that, the Paralyzer is the best EMP missile to my knowledge, at least 7000 shield damage.
