Just a suggestion:

If someone could provide the faction for each planet/base in the Ship Purchase Location Guide it may make it even more useful.

..one correction on the list:
The Stiletto cant be bought on Kyoto Base/Chugoku System, the only ship available there is the Hawk (game version 1.0)
Nice work though.
