I found some in the Bering system near the jump hole to Hamburg, usually there are 3 of them, kill them take the jump hole, come back and repeat - thats pretty easy... and boring (I was using a hammerhead, ignored direct fire and missiles and they never brought my shields down).

No need for jumping back and forth; they have a base in the SW Colorado system. Yeah, even with twelve of them on my back they never brought down my Titan's shield even one block. They're using the same ships you start the game with, and level 3 Scorpions.

I killed about 60 of them and my rep with the Outcasts went up by two blocks. Then I gave up because it was too boring and decided to try flying through Omicron Alpha with the Outcasts pissed off at me... almost didn't make it back with my cargo of Ripper mines and level 9/10 guns. Maybe I'll actually find a good way to make them neutral before I try and go back to pick up some more Nomad weapons.

What sector is that xeno base in? Somehow I managed to get neutral with them and I wanna go check out their bases

You don't get as much rep killing the low end ships. You gotta find a Xeno base that has bigger ships. I found that the best way to get good with someone, was kill the IMG. I killed tons of them. I got good with lots of the pirates. But now I can't set foot in Bretonia without anyone shooting me. Oh well, they aren't getting any of my Cardamine shipments then!
