SYSTEM CORTEZ

Has anyone seen something of system cortez because I've read on the site
that there is one, but on the maps I couldn't find it on maps some people
put on the forums

so my question is:

WHERE IS IT??

I've been through it i know, i think i got to it from manchester system(north of new london).

CORTEZ is 1 system to the left of the CALIFORNIA sysetm...also 1 system left of new york...ver easy to get to...
