Where do you find level 10 TURRET?

OK I have the Titan (In the Omega-41 system).
I have the level 10 guns (Sigma13 system).
I have the level 9 guns (Outcasts).
Got the level 10 shield (Outcasts in the upper right corner of the world).
Got the Sunslayer (Frankfurt).

But I can't find the damn level 10 Turret! Does it exist?

Yes i am pretty shure i found one, but lost it due to mines...

Mines are a pain in the @$$. Anyway I saw the other thread (should have seen it earlier) and I guess I'll trash Sigma 14 once more, maybe something will come out.

I want to remind you, that even when this here is a spoiler forum, right topics would be nice, if you want to spoil something, than please according to the topic or with extra spoiler, the sunslayer torp was one of those things, that I wanted to have left for later.
