Just scout the patrol lines mate (man/chum/comrade/pal/etc).

I finally got the Titan, however it was a little too easy. I'm going for the Sabre but the hessians and outcasts are enemies of mine so its a little hard to get to Votgland or Malta. Oh well, just to tell you guys.
