Where can I find the Sabre?

I´ve been saving for the Sabre a long time now, but i don´t know where to find it? Does anybody know? Plz!

The sabre can be found in Omnicron Alpha on the planet malta, be sure you're neutral with the outcasts

I prefer the Eagle though
