How do U people get this ship? I can´t find it anywhere! I could not get into the bases in Omicon alpha and Dresden.

Well, it's for sale at malta in Omicron Alpha, but you have to be neutral with the outcasts
Just shoot all house polices, navy en corporations to oblivion and they will like you when you get there
