has the game REALLY finished?

I have just sent the Nomads back through the portal, returned to Manhattan and have levelled up to 22. My question is this....

I've seen posts regarding MISSION 32. As far as i know - i've never got that far in missions... ...are there more 'scripted missions'? do any of these lead to info over the missing Hispania? do I have to level up a lot more to get these missions? What's the deal - I wanna make sure i've finished the scripted portion of the game and get as much fun out of the game - find what happened to the hispania e.t.c HELP!

BTW I just remembered something; I don't know what the Hispania is :-S

The Hispania is one of the five sleeper ships that colonized the sirrius sector. But apparently Hispania got destroyed or something. The thing is - i've seen posts here that mention the hispania and say things like 'you will be pleasantly surprised' e.t.c - i just want a hint... ..where do i go e.t.c
