Where to buy the Dagger

Anyone know where to buy the Dagger? can't find it =p and what the cost is?

The only placer where you can buy the dagger is Buffalow Base, New York. It is owned buy the Liberty Rouges. THe dagger costs about 30,000 credits (Ithink). Buffalow Base is on the line beetween squares E6 and E7.
