Can anybody tell me where i can find a red hessian to bribe him to get on better terms with the red guys... ?

I have the exact same problem, talking Multiplayer here.

Tried in New Berlin, Dresden, Frankfurt.. nothing. I was in a group of four, and we noticed one thing. When you dock with the base/planet again, the party you can bribe does not change, but the party you can bribe is different for every player. At least that is how it seems. I'll try in Sigma-13 now.
