How do I get to Sigma-17
I am playing through SP current and am looking for the Falcon HF. The Rhinelanders don't like me much, perhaps the base in Sigma-17 would be a better place to buy this ship 
Conversly I could go with the Stiletto, which is supposed to be at Kyoto (Dragon's base) which is where I am at, but I only have the Hawk LF available... No Stiletto, what gives? My rep with the Dragon's is high. Possibly a level limit (I am level 17).
