Zoner Rep bribe location?

Anyone know of a location of a zoner bribe? they got mad at me for killing like 300 xenos (which i did to help rep with other groups). Almost all good i got from killing the 300 xenos has been negated. For those of you that have been using xenos to improve your rep with almost all groups, how many did you have to kill?
