So how long does it take for these items to re-spawn or come back in MP, or do they even?

You would also be shocked at the number in Omnicron Gamma (f2) near the unknown jumphole, just not a very healthy place to be around...

High radiation, Corsair Titans(lots), Nomads.... and your sensors dont pick all of the ships up due to range reduction, you have to go out target and return lol
