Class 10 in Multi

How can I get some Class 10 guys in Multi?

Where is this Nomad system in multi?

Where are more Class 10 things, like Shields and such.

I've found one planet sells class 10 HF shields.

Class 10 weapons are found on wrecks, and gained from Nomad kills.

Class 10 missiles etc, not a clue, only seen 1, and that was mounted on another players Titan.
