I noticed that if you go from some base to pittsburg (and the base does not have a trade route) and obviously i'm on my cruise missions (gee that took about 10 minutes) i noticed inbetween the two points there was this dark cloud with debries....i also noticed that alot of rouges where there.......someone tell me where the badlands is and if theres a rouge base ANYWHERE near pittsburg besides the one int he first mission.

Ah Heretic...you sure you want to know without you finding it yourself?

I will give you a small hint. Go to the West Point Military station. Your not too far from it then.

The Badlands are a dark blue nebula full of black asteroids (which look really spooky when illuminated by lightning) in the "South" of the system.
It is inhabited by Outcasts as well as Rogues (not "Rouges"

, which are *a lot* better trained than their colleagues near Pittsburgh.
