I found out that I don't have to answer Juni's call immediately. If, after completing some level, she calls me to meet her I can continue taking missions from the job board or faction until I am comfortable with my money/loadout/ship situation. The coordinates to meet her always reappear after every job I fly. I am now stuck trying to complete the Takagi (forget the spelling) mission where you take down the weapons platforms. I loaded up with torpedos but they take a long time to fire (about 3-4 seconds between rounds). I have done it about 10 times now and am getting tired of it. Thinking about taking up the offer someone made of loading a saved game file with the missions behind me. I would however, like to see how this thing turns out...
