Takagi''s base mission

Argh!

I keep getting owned at the second area, the actual base, where the destroyer is and the shield generators - anyone gotten to this level and completed who can provide some tips??

Yep, just use those thrusters.

Ignore everyone else and thruster your way into the shield generators. Oncer there, blow them up. your wingmen do quite a good job at keeping most of the enemy away.

you should in any fight, use the strafe key the whole fight, you ll avoid most of the enemies shots only using strafing.
Thrusters helps you to not get locked by enemies and you can avoid missiles using thrusters.
