You've left out all of the omicron, omega, tau, and part of the sigma systems.
I will try to take a screenshot of my map with all 50 systems (yes 50 in SP)

Um, if you just look at the screenshot from that GenCon thingy there is a shot of all the systems. Look it up on this site somewhere I am sure.
From what i can see on your map though you are missing stuff in the upper North and the lower SouthEast and SouthWest.

nope... the 2 unknows are actually unknowns... as in: nobody knows... and they are not on the map... one is accessible from omicron alpha, the other gamma... i think there are more....

That comes from Gen Con 2002 back in August. It shows the whole sector.
