i know they have one but where i dont know
im speculatind on the other side of manhatten but not positive

Follow patrols on the map at the north of manhattan

Northern manhattan is the rogue base I believe not the junker one.....ONE of their bases is in texas system....look in the northwest

south in the badlands in NY system is the rogue's
