Where can I buy the best ships and weapons?

Where can I buy the best ships and weapons?

ships like the sabre, titan(i cant find a corsair base with ships selling)
and some kinda lv10 weapons...

Now, now.....if I told you this, it would take all the fun away, wouldn't it???? Seriously, part of the game is finding these things, and you have to reach certain levels (money) to get them. Let's just say they're not available in the regular systems, you have to branch outward to find them, but they are available, if you play your reputation right.....
