Can i make the bounty hunters like me in SP?

Hi,

Well i know the BHs want me dead to get that 1000000 reward, but is there a way to stop them hunting me? They are everywhere, especially along the good trade routes and they annoy me!

Bounty Hunters are everywhere so you do want them at least neutral. During the game, they're going to be hostile unless you shoot enough rogues and outcasts, then they may turn neutral. Had it happen once. When the missions are completed, they'll be neutral, but you can easily piss them off again.
