That's probably the best easily accessible location in Rheinland -- but there's many other bases that sell Diamonds for cheaper. I think the cheapest spot I found them for was at the Hessian base in one of the Omega systems, at slightly higher or lower than 200 credits... in omega 11 I think. The one with the Red Giant star. Can't remember exactly. But it's generally best to use a place selling Diamonds for mid-price closer to the jumpgates to Kusari. You can take the safe route and shuttle diamonds from Frieburg to New Tokyo, and have it take a little longer but be safer. Or you can go from the Omega system to Leeds via the Cambridge->Leeds jump hole (if you're in SP) and make more profit and travel faster, but have more danger.

Darmstadt is in Stuttgart as well. It is located near the center of a straight line path between the New Berlin Jumpgate and Baden Baden (inside the nebula). If you check the patrol routes on your Nav Map you can find it easily. Diamonds there are 285.

I often carry Luxury Consumer Goods to Baden Baden and then hop over to Darmstadt and pick up Diamonds. However, if you want to stay on the tradelanes, Frieburg (1 jump beyond Planet Stuttgart) is the best at 308. It's not like 23 credits per unit is going to make you a lot richer than you already are.
