Just where is that level 10 shield and 10 weopons. I have shot some ships with 10 weaps but no shield. I am in the upper universe.

you can mostly find the weps on wrecks in the edge worlds, and i think in sigma 13 as well, and the level 10 shield is sold somewhere in the edge worlds, but i can't remember where...

Level 10 shield is at planet Malta(omicron alpha)
and at planet Crete(omicron gamma) If you want powerful guns, try the Firekiss Mk.2 and Hornviper Mk.2 at a police base in Dresden.

Level 10 weapons only come from wrecks, or killing Nomads. The majority of the wrecks with these weapons are in Sigma-13, but you can find some in other places. Check out the official TLR wreck listing for more.

if ur wondering where to kill nomads, there are jump holes from Omicrons Alpha and Gamma where you can find nomads all over, and about 1/4 of the time (at least for me) they would drop what i consider the best weapons in the game.

yeah, they have a good refire rate/shield damage/hulldamage/ and they use no energy at all. You should also try to get about 2 Trizona del Cid's as they are great shield busters!!
