the hispania is found in the Omicron Alpha system at 4D. (those who do not have a good rep with Outcasts BEWARE. they attack you every minute.)

of course, if you get bored of shooting them you can pick up a bribe locally, one of the bases in the Tau systems - its in the bribes doc. It is worth paying th 150k as there are a few wrecks around and I made sure that I pumped up my Bounty Hunter rep as well so that I could take some of those 100k missions vs. the Bounty Hunters - but be aware that you'll prob. be up against 8 - 12 Hammerheads so get a decent ship and kit first.
