Help - I`m Stuck

I`m level 15 and just finished the Tagaki mission. (Weapons Platforms).
I`m on Kyoto and the only other thing on my map is Honshu Jump Hole. It`s in red and as soon as I go through it, everything is against me. Survival is impossible..
I don`t know what I`ve done wrong, but how do I get out?

You just took out the shipyard.... and stole a transport filled with gold and artifacts! How happy do you think Honshu or even the Kusari are right now? Yeah, not very. You're supposed to stay in the Kyoto area and get to the next 'level/mission'..... Sorry.

I've stopped listening....
