You can't buy the Paralyzer missile launcher anywhere in vanilla FL, you can only get missiles from wrecks.

To get rippers you'll have to go find the wrecks in Omicron Alpha... I won't say too much more to spoil it for you... just don't take a starflier.

You can get the ripper mine launcher from one of the outcast wrecks near the unkown jumphole in omicron alpha

ripper.........not buyable only lootable as already said from wrecks around hole to unknown in alpha but there are 4 wrecks containing them all to the "east" of te hole the others are all empty they also contain codenames ie cerberus and another of little use plus 2 contain wyrm type 2 plus some ammo to sell

paralyser ...........not available anywhere ,it should have been from the wreck in tau 37 near the alpha hole but due to a possible error in the game you cant loot it
which is a pity as they are good
if you play on a modded server the above info is likely to be altered
