Factions - Hessians

HI there,
Haven't been able to do much else in what little free time I've had since I bought it two weeks ago, Freelancer has me hooked!

Anywho, I have been reading of the Sabre and I'm DROOLING, makes the Anubis or Falcon look like bug crap

My problem is that the Outcasts control one base that has it and the Hessians have the other base.

How do I find someone to bribe that will increase my relationship with either of these? So far all I can find are mining guild bribers or Police, Bounty Hunters, etc.

I've saved up credits, so I'm ready for a big bribe

@Terame bribes dont show everytime you enter the bar you may have to undock/dock a few times to get one
the junker base in sig has an outcast bribe or kill a few gmg
you only need to be non hostile to buy the ship they dont have to love you !

The other way to become friendly with Hessians is to Slaughter Corsairs

Go to freeport 5 in Omega-41, take missions against Corsairs only. Won't take long until the hessians are neutral. Of course, there will be a fair number of Corsairs flying around in titans wanting to blast you to kingdom come, but that's part of the fun..

Or, you could mod your game.

Isn't there a tutorial about changing faction reps? if not, there should be.

A cheaper way than bribes to become friend with a faction is to attack their ennemies. For instance, if you target the Corsairs, the Hessians will begin to like you. If you target the Xenos, then the Outcasts will begin to like you. That's usually cheaper and has a less radical impact on the reputation you enjoy with certain factions than a bribe.

Alternativley, if you wish to be a pure criminal, just start targeting House authorities and bounty hunter, and you will be friendly soon enough.
