Well, I'm sure everyone here will be very grateful if you manage to map it by flying a really tight search pattern there...

i DID!!!!!!!!!! (it took an hour and a half!) there are still hideing somthing that dosent show up IM SURE OF IT!! (and i did check the sun out by flying into it! i lost 1 wing whan i came OUT THE OTHER side! no OTHER damage??? ( there is somthing VERY STRANGE about this system!!! i would like to no what is it!

Can you please make some sence here??? The sun did no damage the rings are Extreme radiation!. AND i dont thinks the producers would make a system that complex for the fun of it AND those white spots on the horizon of the edge of the map MUST mean somthing AND continue ths thread under my rumor thread please.! do you think the company or what ever made this (awseome) game would just put in a sytem out of the blue*!!! NO i dont thinks so! I looked in the game files and there is a file for a blackhole and TONS of stuff i Havent seen in the game! There is somthin there and If any one voulenteers to Decode every file in the game 100 times to make sure i willl keep looking and if anyone no's wear OR what could be in the system anser in my "RUMOR!" theread its "RUMOR" for a REASON!!!!!!!! Becaaouse no one nows so its a RUMOR . Please someone else anser!

Beta, what is written in the story, is just that, a story. Beyond that, the rest is just fiction for someone else to create a story around for fanfiction. Try not to read too much into it, as it would be pointless. A debate on what could be, should be there is pointless. The story left it as it was. Hopefully, if they create another freelancer, ie FL2, they could answer questions then, if they even wanted to continue the story, vers creating a new one.

I dont mean a story I mean there is somthing in tat sytem. There are files in the game that dont even exist in everry sytem. so that means there is somthing there.

Microsoft has but realy big! secrets before in someof my games! there HAS to be SOMTHING there. i mean, the nomads are nuetral to me and when i entered formation i swear we hit somthing! but whatever it was Had STRONG radistion and blew me up in 5 seconds! (it was not around the suns rings!) but off the map away from them!

There is absolutely nothing of any value in the Unknown systems, save perhaps Nomad weapons, but you can get them in Alpha and Gamma anyway. The planets in the bottom Unknown system are there for a bit of comic relief only.

When I click on the 'Jobs' icon in the bar on the "Unknown" system planets, it says I need to be friendlier with the factions on that base... Maybe there is a way to increase your faction standing with the robots and the monkeys? Secret missions, that'd be cool, eh?!

No, there are no missions available. Even if you hack your rep or mod the game to get in with the monkeys or robots, you still can't take any missions. Trust me on this, I've studied Freelancer while I've been modding and so forth. There's nothing in either Unknown system of any worth.
