Question About Locations

Just wondering if anyone can give me directions to a Base that sells Ships capable of Mounting Level 10 Weapons. I've finished the Campaign Mode and i'm a bit bored just flying around. So i thought it might be nice to get the Ultimate Ship. I just need to know the name of a few bases that sell compatable ships and exactly where they are (directions would be useful).

Titan: Leon base, Omega 41 (Corsair base); Planet Crete, Omicron Gamma
