What Next after Juni Missions

OK, so I did this long group of missions with Juni [the single player game to basically enable these trans system gates and now i just don't know what particularly to do. I am 31st level and just flying around taking on random missions. Am I missing something?

This will probably be moved to spoilers after this post. Ohreallyin the end after a mission where you kill stuff (Mission 13) you meet a person who talks to you.. then never again.

I hope that made no sense.

After you complete all missions, you can then on freelance. Or start over with a mod or MP.

Go do whatever you want. You're now allowed to ally yourself with whichever factions you want, which you couldn't do for any long time in the story. You can also freely explore, as there's a lot of Sirius you don't see during the story missions.

You can wither bribe them or kill their enemies...there was a thread about this a while ago, I'll see if I can find a link
