Well yeah, they're flogging stuff cheaply but I bought all that on Osiris. When they said free I figured they meant free. All this getting my ass fried for the order and they welsh on the deal after I accept the mission. I fired a load of catapults and torpedoes in the last mission and I'm broke trying to replace them.
How much do they think this stuff costs? It's always Trent you take out the generators and it's muggins here who has to fork out for the expensive ordnance.
Well I'm hanging well back in the next mission I can tell you. Battleships? Forget it! I might take the odd pop at a lone fighter but I'm thinking twice before I fire 2 grands worth of explosives up someones ass.
I don't mind saving the universe but I don't see why I should fund it.

zero you are right , "changing the odds for humanity" is a crap reason and you can make much more money if you just skip the story line and do regular missions.

btw the easyest thing to cheat on FL is money, i did it the very first day with a memory trainer , it gives a whole new meaning in "order's equipment for free"

Their equipment is really cheap but the ammo is at the same prices as everywhere else. So if you actually can't afford it, you have two options:

1) Get the Ioncross Character Editor and get yourself some more money.

2) Reload from an earlier save and try not to be so trigger happy

Its not like i mind saving humanity but at least in starlancer they gave you all your missiles and ships for free. the next time orillian wants me to save the galaxy i'm frying him first.

sorry about ive recantly been going through my old games and in bulders gate 2 i saved the world and got givin a single f***ing necklace for it. One thing though is that in the last mission it tells you your reward is an anubis fighter and that the dealers on toledo will "give" you anything anything you want. i have to admit the first time i played through the story line i couldnt have done it without the anubis so why tell you on the last mission.
