HELP! Where can I get the guardian level 3 sheild?

Hi! I searched for it, but it didn't tell me where I could buy it.

Where is the Guardian Level 3 Sheild available for purchase?

I believe Curacao in Cortez has the lvl3 guardian. I know it's got the lvl4 guardian cause that's where I picked mine up.

Only place in the Liberty systems to get one is at Willard Station. Theyre also sold at Curacao, most places in Kusari, and some bases in Bretonia.
