Where is Crete?

I've heard about a system or base/planet called Crete, where is it?
And where can i find level 10 turrets and missiles? thanks

Crete you can find in Omicron Gamma.
lvl 10 missiles and turrets are not in the game.

there are various programs that show you all the infromation from the game, one of them is FLDatastorm
